Glory To Our Lord And King

Hear the angels’ chorus sing,

glory to a new born King.

Peace on earth, goodwill to man,

His arrival was God’s plan.

God on high sent us His Son,

so His will on earth be done.

Son of God, Immanuel,

angels sang the first Noel.

Shepherds heard the heav’nly song

and they hurried right along

to the stall in Bethlehem,

where they found the Son of Man.

From the East the wise men came,

found a new King to acclaim.

Honouring this new born King,

precious presents they did bring.

On this Christian holiday,

bless us richly, Lord, we pray.

That we too our gifts may bring,

glory in the highest sing.
