The company that I worked for in the early '90s
needed help setting up a schedule to pay some back taxes.
This song was written while driving over to meet with the tax consultant;
I wrote out the sheet music while sitting in her parking lot in Hudson MA.

The melody has the flowing flavor of an Aaron Copeland theme.
The recording (MP3 below) mixed a unique blend of harp and acoustic guitar.
