The company that I worked for in
the early '90s
needed help setting up a schedule to pay some back taxes.
This song was written while driving over to meet with the tax consultant;
I wrote out the sheet music while sitting in her parking lot in Hudson MA.
The melody has the flowing flavor of an Aaron Copeland theme.
The original recording (MP3 below) mixed a
sweet, unique blend of harp and acoustic guitar.
